Holistic massage for FLINTA*

You will be welcomed with a cup of tea or water. Before the massage, we will take time for a short talk to clarify your needs, wishes and any questions you may have. I use pure organic almond oil for your massage and can also add essential oils. I combine techniques from classic, deep tissue, trigger point, and shiatsu massage.  This versatile combination enables me to cater to your individual needs and promote holistic relaxation. At the end of the massage, you will have some time to relax.

My massages apply in the context of wellness and preventative health care and are not intended to treat or diagnose illnesses.

About me

Hello, my name is Maike. I come from Chile and have been living in Germany for 9 years. Through various changes of residence, contact with my own body has played a central role in developing a sense of home in me. From these experiences and the desire to make bodywork my profession, I started my first massage training in 2021. Since then, I have regularly taken part in further training and expanded my repertoire.

A holistic view of human health is close to my heart: In order to deepen my understanding and competence as a bodyworker I completed a 3 year training as an alternative health practitioner (Heilpraktikerin) with a focus on herbal medicine, bodywork and Chinese medicine. 

I speak German, English and Spanish.
